Death and Dreams (2024—)
I’m never going to be able to sleep out here (2025) is a work-in progress combining sound, moving image and live bodily action; generated from extracts of the artist publication (of the same title) published by Bloomers in 2026. The work uses the Aisling (a poetic genre where the Irish nation appears to the poet as a woman, often employed to reflect on the political and social concerns of any given times)as a starting point to make commentary on notions of Irishness and the female condition.
